Evergreen Communications designs and executes marketing, customer engagement, and operational communications programs. Owner Suzanne O’Brien earned a bachelor’s degree at Georgetown University, worked in corporate law and project management, and earned an MBA at Vanderbilt University. She led corporate customer engagement, communications, and change management programs before founding Evergreen in 2017. With ten plus years of experience in mentoring and collaborating with a full range of functional groups and vendor and agency partners, she understands each group’s needs, drivers, and opportunities.


Evergreen team members are experts in program design and management, social media design and management, and research, copy writing, and copy editing. We have worked in industries ranging from healthcare to finance, consulting, nonprofits and associations, and IT. We partner with organizations ranging from small start-ups to agencies and large corporations.
